Custom apparel products are usually not protected by guarantees, but at E-Shirt.com
we are committed to offering our customers more than our competitors can.
We are committed to delivering high-quality apparel products imprinted with
the images that appear in our catalog. If the designs you receive differ
from what you viewed and ordered on the site, then you may return the items
for a replacement or product refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please Contact Us before returning any
goods to insure prompt handling. Shipping will not be reimbursed or
refunded.

SPAM
E-shirt.com does not support or send SPAM. Affiliates agree at sign-up to
only send e-mails to opt-in distributions and to include a way to remove
people from their distributions who no longer want to participate in their
list. Marketing by other sites including affiliates is outside of our
control. We cannot be responsible for monitoring other sites and their
marketing activities. We have hundreds and hundreds of affiliates.
If you have inadvertently received an e-mail from someone linking to E-Shirt.com
or one of its sites, please contact the sender directly to be removed from
further distributions. This e-mail did not come from us. We understand your
frustration and appreciate your patience. We are also being bombarded with
SPAM daily and support your activities to stop it.

Printing Policy - Offensive
or Demeaning
This site and related services are intended for family
friendly use. We recognize that the definition of "offensive" and
"demeaning" will vary. Therefore, we reserve the right to not print any
apparel deemed by us to be offensive or demeaning. We appreciate your help
and understanding.
Most notably, we will not print the word "F--k", body parts that would
normally be covered by a swim suit, or graphically violent material. Swim
suits and symbols like F@#$ are most often acceptable.
If you find a design that violates our printing policy, please contact us
and we will have the affiliates' design removed.

Printing Policy -
Intellectual Property
We believe strongly in protecting intellectual property rights online.
Our service is provided to users as is to buy and sell apparel and other
products online. When affiliates of this service signup and/or upload images
they agree to not infringe on trademark, trade name, service mark, or
copyrights owned or claimed by another.
Time to time, affiliates may violate these agreements without our knowledge.
However, we work diligently to prevent such violations. Our customer service
department audits designs that are printed daily and cancels orders deemed
to be in violation of these agreements. Also, we periodically audit the
contents of stores for violations and take action to remove designs that
violate such agreements.
If you believe your intellectual property has been violated, please

the store or violation and we will promptly act to address such violations.
Once again, inventory in a store is still audited before printing to protect
your intellectual property rights. Your rights are very important to us.
